Friday Fitness – Balancing Exercise

This week we explore more balancing. Balance is a fundamental skill crucial to the effective development of gross and fine motor skills in our children.

 

A strong core will help with posture and balance, so we the balancing exercises we explore will also exercise and strengthen the core, and challenge all levels of balance ability. Have fun practicing your balance with the kids!
